Shipments

Returns
Buyer pays return shipping. Potpourrideals highly recommends you to check your packages before you sign for them. In case of damage to the shipment — do not sign for the parcel. Contact us urgently. Potpourrideals will resend the package. If you are to notice there is something wrong with the products after signing for it, please contact Potpourrideals via phone or e-mail within one week from the date of receipt of the package. Please provide the order number, product’s description and the reason you would like to return the product. Please return the goods in the original packaging. Having checked the products and acknowledged the fact of the product’s counterfeit, Potpourrideals will then suggest exchange or refund. Please, return undamaged product within one week from the day of delivery. Please contact us regarding this matter via phone or e-mail before the actual return shipment. Potpourrideals will start the return procedure after you will provide us with your order number, product description and provide the reason for return. Products eligible for return should be intact and in original packaging.
